"There Is Something Definitely Queer About This Town" 2012 is the result of the year-long research project for Honours at Queensland College of Art.

The project is a typology of Brisbane's queers in an investigation of queer identity, self-representation, authenticity, and how living in a heterosexist society can affect these representations.

It involves a photographic portrait, a self-portrait drawing and also quotes from interviews.

You can buy the book of the series HERE.
